I’m Tejaswini Lakshmipathi. Like many of you, I’ve faced the challenges of PCOS. At the age of 14, I began experiencing irregular periods—sometimes only twice a year. Initially, I viewed this as a blessing, as many teenagers do, but the reality was far from it. Each time I got my period, I endured intense pain, fainting spells, and vomiting. For a decade, I struggled, unaware of the long-term effects on my body.
