In my quest for relief, I chose not to rely on conventional medicine. Instead, I dedicated over a decade to practicing yoga and exploring the wisdom of Ayurveda. Through these practices, I found healing. This journey inspired me to leave my career as a software engineer and pursue my true passion: yoga. I now hold a Master’s degree in Yoga.
